Okay so if i was to take over a community in trouble next week, what I would do as the first thing. I would learn, learning comes first, I'll try to understand what really transpired in the community, what went sideways, what went right, victims of it, and going through the channels chats of at least 30 days back. I don't just jump into making promises of correcting everything. Just the same way if you're being given an completed building as a project to make a story building ontop it.First thing you would have to do is to learn, how do you learn by asking questions. Because first you need to know if the foundation is a solid one or not. You can't just start building on top of it, what if after rushing to build everything collapses down. So i would first learn, ask questions, do my observations, just let them know that going forward we would try to see how we can do it differently. Then not only saying it, I'll work towards making it a reality.
