yeaaaah, i actually forgot that you saw this material drop in action, because when i hopped on Youballin discord, there was some agency guys, and they did fucking AWFUL job with the amba, so i inherited some shit show and i was so pissed off on the, and i was making clear that "guys, i do understand that you pissed off, and ME TOO, THOSE PEOPLE FUCKING AMATEURS, but i'm trying to escalate your problems and build something good, so help me, not trash me like i was the one who built this shitshow" 1. Do you think a CM should stop working if he isn't being paid? A: depends on the situation, i had situations where i continued to work for a while when i received that there is a problem with funds, but usually i was quiting before shit hits the fan. but yeah, it depends on your relations with company, if you are good - then you can work, if they ignore you - you were probably not in the relations before at all. 2. Should he make it known to the community? A: yes, because they will probably ask for some stuff like where our rewards, no token blahblahblah, and by saying that "basically i'm fucked too" you are putting yourself on their side. BTW this was in Youballin tho, they paid my salary only month after or smth, you can find my last message in youballin discord in announcements channel, where i said that they haven't paid me and unfortunately that's it 3. As a CM, how can you prove you were a CM when applying for a job? Do you screenshot your chats, or something else? you can create something like pitch deck with proofs, notion doc with some links and stuff, and overall, it's easy to prove in a conversation when you have a call. also for example, when i was pitching for a project with amba - i've made a case stufy of amba that i built in Swisstronik
