If I was to start a community on SNDCT from zero tomorrow I think one of the thing that is integral is starting a conversation that is centric on the problem SNDCT is solving then you will hear from those joining the group through any marketing strategy ofc like ambassador programs, points program, etc. starting a convo that is centric on the problem SNDCT is solving will reveal to you those who understand the concept behind the product and so 90% of the time they are the Regulars or inner circle try to give them their flowers… often times rewards mustn’t always be monetary you can just say “I have my eyes on you” publicly and the remaining members will want to in that position so you will now have people willingly learning about the product enough to be called out too coz they feel they will be priotized by the project in the short to long term. And in that 24 hours window I feel one should write down their names to take note of them or even go to their dm they often feel valued bad they kinda screenshot it and even post on X… to them it’s value their folks will follow suit and ask him where or which discord channel is he on.. these things happens on Nigerian X spaces 😂😂😂…. They sort of feel proud lol .. Second of all. If I took a community on trouble next week- what would I do in the next 48 hours before posting publicly. I’d say observe…. I could remember When @Illia took over CM from Alex the then CM of Youballin…. Gotta make a confession I was annoyed 😂😂 coz we had a strong relationship with the dude once we hop on space the dude gives me a shoutout and personally reaches out too pertaining the project … but here’s the thing Youvallin had a fallout and the guy doesn’t know how to relate it to us he was just offline for weeks most times… I have a question dyt a CM should stop working if he isn’t paid? Should he make known to the community??? So back to the question when Illia joined he didn’t rush to make promises I think at some point you were asking us questions not as a rookie but as someone that wants to understand the vibe of the room and the current situation at hand… so for me in the first 48 hours connect with the community feel the room enforced rapport don’t be a fun police after connecting with the room if possible there are alpha dogs in mist community I think personally dm them to ask them the situation too and how to curb it.. hear from them then make your own decision but you’d also drop it as a poll if possible. Thirdly, you can’t really fake your personality for long… at some point you will give up… what am saying is knowing your temperament and harnessing it is kinda helpful.. if am always bossy or difficult to approach I will definitely lose members. Tbh when illia join us at youballin have never really met a bald dude that is dope asf … fr fr coz most of them bake dudes are a turfs fr and difficult to pleased… I think I connect with people faster so taking over a community in crisis will suit me,.. but growing one from zero a lot is expected of you but with the right team in your circle taking a community From zero could be cool… one other thing as a CM how can you proof you was a CM when applying for job bro? Am curious you screenshots your chats? Or whatnot.. coz like I said am now taking a career in CM.. and I really love that we crossed paths Illia and the team God bless y’all mehn… fack smh 🤦.., so this is the end?
