For SNDCT from zero, my first move would be talking with the marketing team to understand upcoming campaigns, where users are coming from, and what kind of onboarding they need. Then I'd double-check the server, bots, links, and welcome flow before the first users arrive. I've seen people leave communities just because something simple was broken.
If I inherited a struggling community, I'd spend the first 48 hours reading old chats, identifying active members, and understanding unresolved issues before posting anything. I'd rather understand the context than make promises I can't keep.
Building from zero fits me better. That's basically how I started in Web3. I had no audience or connections and learned through testnets, Telegram groups, and content creation until I started getting results. Inheriting a community would be harder because I'd need time to understand its history before making changes.
