Sadly, most Founders don't show up till days by, and some don't even communicate with the community at all.
Most founders communicate with the community through their CMs. As you daid in an earlier drop, that CMs becomes the voice the commu its drops but still, a simple text of explanation can give many a sense of trust and this is what most Founders don't know.
In Venom Foundation exchange, I saw dem flop in going mainnet and no one could give the community a vivid reason and the I tending solution. They just had us the community helpers telling the community a bunch of words that does nothing. Already, their airdrop campaign was already termed bad because of poor planning.
Founders react late and feel too big to send that message explaining their mess. They think they are too busy carrying the project that they can't bring out a small time to interact with their community.
