The biggest thing I took from this drop is that crypto rewards curiosity more than credentials. The line "You can teach tactics. You can't teach hunger." really stood out to me.
I got into crypto through Telegram airdrops in late 2024, and looking back, most of what I've learned came from being active, asking questions, and exploring new things not from having experience on paper.
The drop also changed how I think about getting hired. Instead of focusing on years, it's better to focus on what you've actually done and the value you've created. In a space that moves this fast, hunger and genuine interest seem to matter more than titles.
