This material made me sit and actually think and look back on how I have been applying for CM gigs.
Checking the last 10 posts I made on twitter will just mean that I'll get rejected, I focused more on content creation and participating in contests than actually going in depth on my understanding of how communities worked and how to manage them.
My screentime is decent, not like I'm always looking at my screen 24/7 but I have my mobile data on and get notified when there are any new messages that require my attention so I check in in groups, I'm more of a talkative when in groups but I'll say my weakness is I can immediately switch to a more strategic conversation style to reduce talk when I'm not in the mood for long conversations. For the hunger, I started community management and moderation just last year so I am pretty much learning new things everyday before that I was just used to showing up in groups and conversing when I feel like it. If I didn't make it clear enough, my weakness is tied to my emotions somehow. although I'm getting pretty better at managing the energy I radiate in the communities.
