I am going to be very honest with this reflection; this article makes me rethink about what peoples like to see when they are hiring and how I can improve myself in those areas. Moving to the questions -
1- I will definitely hire myself because my X shows my own Quality Tweets, Article and infographic as well as it shows that I love to engage with other projects, sharing their posts, liking and commenting under them. My last few posts and replies also show that I usually participate in X space's, try to talk with others and build connection. I definitely want to hire someone who is supportive, engaging with everyone, talkative and start to help and guide users.
2- From group chat to talkative, all are my real strength, the only thing I avoid is mobile screen time and there is a major reason behind that. I believe most of the work can be done from PC/Laptop, yes mobile do make few tasks easy but if I depend on mobile for all tasks, it can easily distract myself. For 5 min of work, I will spend 1 hour scrolling Facebook. LOL
3- Building Web3 communities people love to join will be my LinkedIn Heading. Oh wait, I should put it on my LinkedIn.
