There's this project I engaged with, It was a testnet project. We tried our best, interacted and performed a lot of swaps. It was a testnet that was based on number of transactions and volume, so most times I and my friends will need to go extra miles to purchase test tokens from those who have these tokens already. It was clearly stated that testnet users will be rewarded. But during checker testnet users were given literally nothing, TGE day came they couldn't even let us claim that day, I was so angry I went to the DC channel I complained that why would they do so and what the CM could do was to time me out, I got so furious and blasted him so well that he banned me from the channel. As a user, we have the right to complain, we tested your project and you assured us that we would be rewarded for this. But you didn't keep to your own side of the deal, A good project will step forward and see what it can do to solve the problem, not just banning users that sacrifice days and night to test your project, talk about it, onboard others to it, you claimed because they were angry and expressing their emotions that's why you timed them out. Imagine give me 4hrs timeout for what. When I was testing your project you never timed me out, when I was raising ticket and giving you feedback that some transactions were not running smoothly you never timed me out. So that's it a lot of persons left the project and now, I haven't even been hearing about it any longer.
