this makes sense fr. for most of the projects i've met that are struggling to grow their community, i always advise them to let their founder be known. founders should show their face to the community at least once, or at least try to build real relationships with their top members. i’ve even advised some teams to have their founder create videos talking about the project. that alone builds a layer of trust that keeps the community locked in, even when things go wrong. that way, the founder can come out and communicate with them freely. and even when he's not available to explain things, the cm can easily convey his message to the community and they might understand it's truly from him btw, i've been meaning to ask, who is the founder of syndicate?
