I'll be concise on this reflection.
To be hireable, you basically have to be unique. Separate oneself from the band wagon.
Also be hungry for growth, this can be picked up be serious hiring managers. The hunger cannot be imitated, its either you have it or you don't.
And most important of all, show evidence/ result of work/growth. To me, the greatest CV one can have is his/her socials speaking for the person through the evidence of work done. That beats thousands of others with polished resumes.
