The anger-mode version is constantly checking for updates and feeling disappointed whenever expectations are not met. The tiredness-mode version would be accepting that I cannot control the timeline, following up professionally when needed, and focusing my energy on the work and opportunities that are within my control rather than allowing the situation to consume my attention.
