so yh, I made my resume yesterday. while gathering everything, I thought of adding years of experience، even though I don't have enough years to boast of, I found no reason to do that. because we've been doing things right before we thought of it as a skill or experience, say a group chat, as you've always sighted that as an example. so, I see no reason to state years of experience (maybe when necessary tho).
a nod to what you said in the doc 'when I hire, I don't look at years'— that's so true. I was so surprised when you said I got picked for the inner circle cos of my bio and what you saw on my page. man, you're so real and intentional. you're a great man, an icon, and a role model......I love you 🤍.
