I've come to understand that saying the truth to oneself is one of the greatest thing one can do for his or herself, because it will help you know that you need to improve rather than deceiving yourself. Going through the lists in the material drop the only one I can boldly boast of his screen time which is bad, out of 4, just 1 then partially the impromptu talking. But one thing I'm always happy about is that each day I become better than yesterday. And by the way thank you for the weekly teachings, I'm really learning a lot.
