You really stated out the obvious CM-to-Founder relationships that's possible. At times, founders can be stubborn, but it's upto you to help them see it from outside the room.
One tip I picked up is taht I can't straight up tell teh founder they are wrong, but help them see from another angle how such dcision might be hurting the community.
You said that after counting various red flags, one doesn't need to be emotionally attached to the community anymore, but from previous material drops and guides, the CM must have already been emotionally connected to have done an amazing work leading to growth. So, how do one emotionally disconnect from such community, and just only show up to do their work?
Personally, I haven't worked with any Founder that is too full of themselves to see that they are wrong. They listen and compare opinions.
Some CMs are even too chicken to point out where their Founders might be getting it wrong because they sign their paycheck. But one must find a polite and soft way to show them their mistakes.
