I have worked with a lot of founders and I clearly understand taking corrections privately. Imagining revisiting a topic over and over again. Definitely, this can make someone angry because you feel so little. I don’t think I have corrected founders, CMs, MODs publicly, I do it mostly privately. Talking about the red flags, I have made a lot of mistakes in this aspect. Being too emotionally invested in a project despite seeing the signs or red flags. Sometimes, I get angry and and some tired because I wonder why a project so good and have won the hearts of the members will just decide to fumble all because of the founders’ unprofessionalism(if the word is right)😌
