1. okay Idk how this material drop task is in congruent to what is going on with me for the past months now lol 😂 ... so am an intern with Bitmart yeah? and part of the internship program we was meant to come up with ideas and also ways to foster adoption of Bitmart... so I came up with an idea to host a campus meet up for university students. the campaign was tabled in the interns group of 30 lads.... so i did the proposal the essensce of the meet up was primarily to let students know of bitmarts new card feature they give u free dollar virtual card so u can use for spotify payments, X premium, essentially everything online.... most studnets iK buy stuffs online ecommerce is a thing for them.... so they will need the card feature as a priority... so i spoke to the head of the internship program... his concern was trading volume i was tryign to let him understand that students barely get money spared enough to trade but they seldom purchase stuff online... we can;t forced them to trade futures or spot.... we kept circling back and forth I was annoyed at some point and told him: "You are making things hard for me" that particular phrase spoilt our relationship... i didnt frame it well and from that day hence forth he replies me with obnoxiousness... i cant even talk to him anymore anything resorts to a fight or argument.... though i was right but i didn’t frame my response correctly and it became my Achiles hill 🤦... other interns get paid while i get nothing 🤦 .. coz of that statement... sometimes one needs to use LOGIC to a problem rather than letting ur emotions take the lead 🤦 . 2. one of the redflagg again that i noticed is still with the Bimart intern program... they dont respect the interns opinion they are just concern with app sign ups... okay what are the strategies to onboard those users..?? U bring ideas they shut u down i realize our relationship isnt cordial or symbiotic... i get insults on X from people saying our CEX is warped as a scam we are the ones taking the bullets for them while we still can't have a cordial relationship... i felt burn out the redlfags are much but idk why i still stay 🤦. 3.I guess that would be my case with filecoin i explained the ordeal earlier on in the group... i left them but came back again hoping the head of the program will change his strategies... am already annoyed over the past experiences but am just hoping he changes... but i guess he is just concern with the numbers and KPI at the detriment of the project... another thing they fail to do is i feel having the founder of filecoin address the ambassador just once will sporadically increase activities in the program but they dont want ambassadors to know the founder there's even a fight in the group between chinese lads and USA lads claiming filecoin is a chinese project the latter says same.. am hoping the program changes its campaign ethos so that i can contribute once more... the anger is still there but i still beleive in the project coz i cant keep storing my files in google drive while i have a decentrazlied solution... am also having the same feelign towards Zoth.... the moment we the ambassadors asked for our payments method be swithced to USDT they dont reply... then come dropping links for us to raid... I kinda lost interest in the project coz they intentionally leave the important questions unanswered but idk why am still with them 🤦 . someone should please SAVE me. 🤦

as always, thanks for the stories from your experience and detailed reflections, yeah, this situation with a bitmart lead is interesting, by the end of the day you always have to keep remember, that you are here for the money if somebody don't want to hear you, or test some ideas to do a great job - fuck it, do what he want to, eventually most of the time their ideas shitty, it will not work and maybe they will blame your for that, but atleast you secured your bag, and got 2 monthly salaries, instead of 1 or 0
