For question one when such a person is inactive the community does not converse meaningful conversation because they have the idea that no one except that one person could answer their questions
Which means it already an habit. For question 2 for me would be being active all round the clock because it's not actually possible u have to train your community that they don't only rely on u for an answer to a question. For number 3 to me would be relevant questions or should I say , because all questions are relevant why I said so is because it might be so simple to u as a person but would look so difficult for another person
