I get to learn that Strategic silence means knowing when not to speak. Sometimes, staying quiet helps us think better, listen carefully, and avoid saying something too quickly. However, silence is not always the right choice. If someone needs help, important information must be shared, or a problem needs to be addressed, speaking up is necessary. Although it can feel uncomfortable to stay silent, it often leads to better understanding and stronger relationships. A community built with thoughtful listening becomes more respectful, patient, and trusting over time. Personally I also experienced it during my ambassador journey i always reply to others in just 10 sec even though I have enough knowledge of the project but when I see the community lead is active but he answers the question in a small paragraph not a simple line. I will also apply this in my work too
