well, I'd reflect on, and answer this genuinely and sincerely. although I find it so difficult to relate with, cos I don't really take long in communities. I mostly mute them. but yh, I don't make it hard for someone higher than me to be respected. they immediately earn that authority if they are above me. although it is now left to them to make me keep on respecting them and giving them the authority, regarding some factors.
like, illia, the first time I got his dm and realized he is a cm, I respected him, but he kept me respecting him more cos he earned it. and that's basically through is personality. approach to his job. his knowledge. his experience. he's always showing up. mannnnnnnnnnn
