first off ama answer this with something that happened to me just 2 weeks ago...gosh I hope the default text format is enough for me.
so i got this ambassadorship program with a project not gonna mention the name but they payment was in their native token which was a red flag but i kept going on so i decided to check the token value and i realize the market cap was 1.7 billion but the liquidity was $700 so its glaring that it was a hoax... so i asked the CM why is that so he told me they'd too busy to add liquidity..... i felt it was a question he shouldnt have rushed to answer coz he didnt have a concrete reason for the lack of liquidity its obvious he was hired right when the program was about to start... i told him wihout liquidity one cannot swap coz it wont go through.... he said its possible i now ask him for an onscreen video recording of the whole process he said he's goign to send it tomorrow dyk it took him 2 weeks i still didnt see the video recording i immediately left the program cox i realize the MOD dooesnt know anything much about the project neither did he know "The gap — between zero formal power and high perceived authority — is the entire skill" . he was too bossy and am no being a cunt or whatnot I have broad idea of the crypto field more than him i felt at some point he felt his ego crushed so he was upset and said "You are a hungry dude, so leave" no matter what a community member does if you as a MOD reacted this way believe me the remaining guys will not want to vibe with you anymore...... its okay to show ignorance or be genuine at some point its a mind game if you noticed the room or community is divided most often being bossy or exercising your power isn’t the best way to handle it... instead of seeing the community as a pyramid or triangle where there is an overall head make them see it as a fun zone but there are rules that can be conveyed to them without being a cunt.... we can see that in the life of Jesus.... mfer didn’t turn his disciples to rats or a bunch of dudes that says yes to him always but he made them his pals but they still knew he is the center of power.. thats the idea... the best way to lead a community is to be a good listener not just by answering we dont rush every answer matters fr fr. this guys told me tomororw he'd send the recordings and for 2 weeks he didnt i completely lost my trust in them.
I have a community of 62 lads where i teach them web3 but here is the thing sometimes i let the dog loose and we catch fun i dont enforce anythign but the moment someone starts dropping links for engagement coz he noticed i was jovial for that week i sarcastically remind him its not good not with command but if he reiterates I gently remind him this time no sarcasm. I feel the secret is knowing when to be Christopher Nolan and knowing when to be Seth Rogen... 2 different directors with different perspective towards life.
fackkkkk i feel am meant to be a CM lowkey I sort of know how to connect with people and foster communication...
another thing is dont get ur emotions get in the way when dealign with someone that seems to be a pain in the guts. when you answer questions too much i feel its imperative you take a break and observe who responds to the rookie in the house... if anyone does reward him in public and also ask the rookie if he has any further questions it shows u care about him and also respect anyone that shows up for the community in ur aspect you are buiding a friendship circle now not just a bunch of loosers who gather up to do some rigourous task to claim some tokens and varnish.
I feel we train and shaped the behaviours of the community members as CM... if ur community is hostile its prolly from the foundation... if you show them they always get incentivised in cash after any small task whenver there isnt cash they wont do any they slowly detached from the project... my text limits are exhausted i think its over now.
