To be honest I'm really learning a lot from this inner circle. You know I always felt that being the first to answer every question in the channel makes me look like that mod-like person. But getting to read this today, I now understand that most times we just don't have to rush over answering all questions in the channel, sit back and let others answer most of those question and if it isn't correct, you can now chip in some corrections. Through that way, it will help others build confident in themselves, and if you are there or not, the channel will still keep running like nothing happened. There's this channel I'm currently in, one of my friend does literally everything, and when he takes sometime out for rest, the group just feel like it has been paused, until he returns which is not supposed to be so. So today I learnt the concept of strategic silence.
