In our community, a good example is asking new members to introduce themselves, share their interests, or explain why they joined. At first, they may do it just because it is required. However, other members often reply, ask questions, and find common interests. What starts as a forced task gradually becomes a real conversation, helping members connect with each other and creating a stronger and more engaged community. I'm also learning other country languages and applying them to give respect to others I'm learning the Bengali language side by side and interestingly the Bengali Friends are shocked and they said how I can speak their language even though it's not my mother tongue. So I think learning and talking in other languages is also very helpful in building community and real friends from different countries
