The topic being shared is an interesting trait every CM hoping to grow a healthy community should have
Knowing when and when not to, to answer a question is a nice strategy, and to be honest, I never knew.
I remembered when I worked in Venom Foundation, I was given the early member roles, then as time went on, they gave it to members who helped out and answered the community questions. The CM is online but hardly chats. I only see him cat when he swoops in to correct a misinformation, so now. I get it. He wanted the community to learn how to survive with or without him.
As you also said, strategic silence to a 50-person discord is neglect or should I say, to a server with less than 20 active members. A CM should be able to interact swiftly with such growing community until they able to handle themselves.
