I know of a community the founder answers the question. Probably, he doesn’t have a CM and when he doesn’t send a message the chat looks dead.
The challenge I have concerning the silence strategy for a community that has gotten to the matured stage is not noticing some important questions that are not answered because I allowed the regular members to answer them.
