1. I always use NodeOps as a case study coz have been with them for almost a year now.... in the TG community there is a dude that whenever he pops up he always has the right answer to the ambassadors about the project or payment or anything.... 3 dudes are the head of the program but Sagar (coz thats his name) always has the aura I realised he doesn’t reply on time neither does he give false info no matter what.
Also I realized most of the programs have involve myself with that the CM talks too much mostly didnt end well. it either the founders made fake promises to the CM which base on the euphoria he cant spot red flag he just keeps trying to keep the momentum going even if things aren’t quite good in the inside... all what am saying in other words is "Have some Aura" it gives u respect lowkey as a CM. Gosh whenever Sagar is offline the community members think negatively about the project coz the remaining moderators are rude asf though Sagar is their boss his not even rude, he doesnt talk much. I think he sort of confirms the authenticity of an information before saying it.
2. for me the hardest part is knowing when to shut-up or knowing when to act bossy or exercise ur power sometimes timing matters and also incentivising the dude that helps u most of the time when u intentionally remain mute.... when i was in nodeops i studied the project for the tech and ofc money..so at some point i was specifically answering the community any question they have on the UNO NFT and the CM told me i have my eyes on you Druskii... and tbh some incentives must NOT BE MONEY. a positive statement is enough.
3.am in the litecoin community and I noticed my network dont' even know what Litecoin is. and they wont bother researching unless i told them anything about the blockchain they dont even know if Litecoin has a blockchain 😂. I realize people love to hear from someone rather than researching on their own if ur that person you'd learn when to talk and when not to. thats it
