Well said, Illia
That's a concise summary of how one should grow when handling the CM roles. You outlined keypoints which I've known myself.
The most important job of a CM is creating activities that brings sticky users and not just those for the incentives. One can start with paid activities, but in the process a sense of belonging for each users, and we having discord roles to different newbies from OGs can help give them a sense of belonging and respect with the project. You also said, you tray as much to take down details of each members so you can address them well, and this also gives a sense of belonging. Tomorrow, they will want to return where they were made to fee important 🙂
Language channels are also important depending on the projects growth. As you said, to avoid polite strangers, language channels helps members feel comfortable among their brothers and sisters. I have seen projects go ahead to sponsor community meet-ups to strengthen their bonds and growth in that region.
Everything you said 💯% on point, but what still remains the fact is that, a project must have a good use case to permit adoption. We can see what Kamino and Kaito built as an example. It went from mere contest to people wanting to actually use their platform.
A project that actually converted me as such was Kamino. At first, I just wanted to farm their point to get in position for their airdrop, but, my stajed funds where getting juicy yields, and it causes me to lend my funds for years. So, they had a cool strategy.
