When I was working for Inkwork Labs (an nft project zksync) as a moderator, the community was excited about the daily arts and differences in roles in the discord channel. We ask them to give their opinion about the arts through announcements (I write them sometimes and I loved it😊). The different member roles worked. Members were excited about the perks that are attached to them. One of the benefits was a separate group for specific roles and an extra mint on mint day. Complemented with the amazing arts collection they could almost do anything to mint the NFT. Chats were natural and I made a lot of friends. Expectedly, we sold out the NFTs
