i actually submitted before idk why its still showing me the submit function.... anyways i was an ambassador for NodeOps as of the time we was paid $50 and additional $150 for 25 top ambassadors which thanks to Jah i was opportune to make the cut for like 6 times straight every month i now stopped joining chat groups or showing up on discord.... but what happened was that the head of the ambassador knowing i played ball and seldom go to gym began to ask me how was training or gym... he sort of showed genuine interest in my personal life and that was what i needed to be able to join the ecosystem instead of just showing up for the money... am not trying to be a narcissist or anything but if you’re dealign with folks that have been in the space for a long time the way to get into their heart is by showing interest in their lives some of them have a toxic relationship in their families or live itself so they mostly live with resentment living with the thought that people hate them so if you come being tooo authoritative they will shrink and go back to their shells and only show up when is task related and sadly most of the dudes in this position have what the project are looking for so as a MOD or CMO this worked on me I feel one should connect with the community members personal lives atleast not all but integral members of the group and if a stranger notices how things are run in the community he would want to stay not for the incentive but he fills home... same thing happened with me with NRN Agents... but thats the story of another day champ.
