1) My first reason for joining Syndicate was not because of rewards ngl. I was looking for a moderator job even though I didn't have the experience yet. But a guy called XHash replied under my comment saying "Bro I don't think they need one yet, but if you stay, who knows if you could be our next gorodani." That one line stuck in my head and made me believe I could actually be the next moderator. As time went on so many things started making sense to me. This is a growing community and I genuinely want to be part of the success it will achieve.
2) Being honest, I'm the type of guy who loves all races regardless. I will definitely learn any language just to get people's attention from different parts of the world. I'm already Nigerian, so for pidgin, don't worry I'm excellent at that. I love Korean movies so I would love to learn their greeting. Annyeonghaseyo. And for my Indian brothers Namaste. British brothers Hello. So yes I would absolutely do this.
3) From my own experience the conversation that flows most naturally without forcing anything is simply asking someone "how they are doing" and what they are currently working on. That is something 98% of people cannot resist no matter how quiet they are. They will always reply. From there you carry it forward by asking where they are from and how you can greet them respectfully in their language. That curiosity alone turns a mechanical prompt into a real human conversation.
