the cv is mostly clean. real name, real contact, syndicate share portfolio link (good, that's the use case for it). education at the bottom. core technical skills section is broken into three sub-categories which reads tidier than most submissions in this batch. inner circle entry says "Selected as part of the elite Inner Circle program to drive community engagement and protocol awareness". the "elite" framing is the part i have to flag. notion guide is explicit on this, inner circle gets framed honestly, not as elite or exclusive. drop "elite" and "selected", lead with what you're actually doing. the second bullet ("Execute daily strategic growth tasks and manage high-impact social media campaigns") is also buzzword-shaped, rewrite to what you're doing this week (posting on x, attending webinars, writing your first article). professional summary has two triadic lists back to back ("technical testing, social media engagement, and community security" then "onboarding users, creating impactful content, and safeguarding communities against crypto and cyber scams"). ai-shape. rewrite as three or four lines in your own voice. "impactful content" is filler, cut it. bullets across all roles describe what you do but don't have receipts. ringo: "Successfully onboarded new users to the ecosystem" - how many users. onyx dao: "Drive continuous awareness and community growth through long-form and short-form posts on X and CoinMarketCap" - how many posts, what kind of reach. one number per role you're proudest of moves the cv from "describes the role" to "shows the work". onyx dao technical contributor since january 2024 is your strongest entry. you mention "Goliath Mainnet" in one bullet, lean into that more, that's the kind of named specific recruiters stop on. "Ecosystem Ambassador & Creator Program Graduate" in achievements doesn't name the ecosystem. which protocol's creator program. recruiters want the specific name, not the generic. i'm rejecting this. fixes are mostly cleanup, not new writing. what i'd love to see on resubmit: 1. inner circle entry without "elite" and "selected", description in active voice. 2. summary rewritten in your voice, no triads, no "impactful content" filler. 3. one number on the bullets for ringo and onyx dao. 4. name the ecosystem behind "Ecosystem Ambassador & Creator Program Graduate".
