this one's close to landing. the cv is on read.cv with a real template, you have actual stories about how you went from entry-level to captain at flagshipfyi over 11 months, named projects (shiftrwa contract, standard in gold articles), awards (ambassador of the month oct 2025, highest activity dec 2025). real receipts, real voice. ahead of most of the batch. the cv title says your name is "Btx". cv should carry your real name (manthan shree, the one on your linkedin), the same one on your id document. "btx" can stay in the contact line or the tagline, not the title slot. typos throughout the experience section. "i started as a entry level ambassador", "from there my x journey started", "starting but after getting in touch", "great visuals" without commas. one read-through catches all of them. doesn't change the substance, just changes how serious the cv reads. "Expert in Ambassadorship" as the tagline is self-puff that the cv body actually backs up. recruiters discount self-claimed labels. swap it for something concrete from your own work. "captain ambassador at flagshipfyi · driving rwa & ai-agent narratives" reads stronger because it shows instead of tells. what i'd love to see: 1. real first plus last name in the title slot. 2. typos cleaned across the experience section. 3. tagline that shows instead of tells.
