headline is literally three dots. that field is what recruiters read first, and it's blank for you. seven words of positioning, drop the dots. you're a web3 community lead in indonesia, that's already a usable opener. about is six words ("Web3 Community Lead. Always work and keep learning."). rewrite as three or four lines in your own voice. where you are, what you do, what you're working on this season. inner circle entry description is "Being part of project syndicate's growth to transcend current platforms" - that's marketing about the project, not about what you're doing. rewrite from your side, what you're actually doing this week (posting on twitter, attending webinars, articles). employment type "Seasonal" is closer than full-time but still off, switch to volunteer or programs. banner is default gray, takes ten minutes to fix. display name "M Hafizan" - if "M" is your real first initial that's fine, but ideally full first name not just initial. linkedin search works better with full names. skills section has two entries in indonesian (Penulisan, Komunikasi). fine for indonesian-market visibility, just consider adding english equivalents so international recruiters land on the same skills. two reposts, zero original posts, low followers. add people this week (recruiters, hr, anyone in crypto or web3), fifty to a hundred targeted connects, then ship one real post by end of week one. the 5-year telegram moderator role since 2021 is interesting and underplayed. add a description with what you actually did there. i'm rejecting this. profile is mostly empty so fixes are filling fields. what i'd love to see on resubmit: 1. real headline, seven words, positioning not dots. 2. about three to four lines in your voice. 3. inner circle description in active voice + employment type off seasonal. 4. full first name in the display field. 5. banner, anything beats default gray. 6. one or two skills in english alongside the indonesian ones. 7. add people and ship one post by end of week one.
