Comment / reason
inner circle entry is set to Full-time at Syndicate. notion guide says inner circle goes under volunteer or programs or training, not full-time employment. a recruiter reads "full-time at syndicate" and trust is gone before they message. switch the employment type. headline is "Content creator 😎" plus the sunglasses emoji. honest, but it's leaving leverage on the table. you're a web3 content creator in bangladesh in your first cohort, that's already a more interesting opener than "content creator". add one specific angle. drop the emoji or keep it, your call. about is twelve words ("I am a web3 I contribute and create content. it's my job"). the lowercase voice is fine, but rewrite as three or four lines that tell me where you are, what you're working on, what you're curious about. one specific thing beats "it's my job". activity says "Naeem has no recent posts". start posting this week. one post is enough, even a paragraph reaction to a material drop. 3 connections is very tiny. add people this week (recruiters, hr, anyone in crypto or web3), fifty to a hundred targeted connects. skills section has one skill: analytical skills. either flesh out with what you actually bring (content creation, twitter, discord, community management) or hide the section. one skill is misdirection. inner circle description "I really like this program and I'm just here to learn." honest and self-deprecating in a way i actually like, but recruiters read it as no agency. rewrite to what you're doing, not just feeling. "creating content for x and telegram about syndicate, attending webinars, learning how content gets shaped in a cohort". i'm rejecting this. profile is mostly empty so fixes are filling fields. what i'd love to see on resubmit: 1. inner circle employment type off full-time. 2. headline with positioning, not just "content creator". 3. about three to four lines in your voice with one concrete thing in it. 4. fill or hide skills section. 5. add people + one real post by end of week one.
