Comment / reason
volume on this cv is real. you've worked with many projects (mises browser, gocabs, apexgo, inkwork, carrydex, chaingpt, iasset, syndicate). that's the asset. the framing is the gap. no dates on the web3 experience roles. recruiters need date ranges to read tenure. add (start - end) on each role. "50+ blockchain and SaaS projects" in the summary is a round-number claim that doesn't tie back to specific evidence in the body. either back it with a named list further down or replace it with what you actually have (eight or nine named brands across web3 and saas). inner circle is honestly framed ("Participated in a focused 4-week ambassador program to deepen product knowledge"). clean version of the entry, ahead of most submissions. profile summary is buzzword-heavy ("Results-driven", "Proven track record", "deep understanding of crypto-native culture", "fast-moving, decentralised environments"). recognisable ai-resume voice. rewrite as three or four lines in your own voice. each role's bullets describe similar things ("Engaged actively with community", "Drove organic growth", "Created multi-format content"). pattern reads as templated. for the two or three roles you're proudest of, give one specific number or named partner instead of a description. skills section is a paragraph of comma-separated terms. break into a short bulleted list of the top six skills you actually lead with. i'm rejecting this. volume is real, framing needs a clean pass. what i'd love to see on resubmit: 1. dates on every web3 role. 2. summary rewritten in your voice, no "results-driven" filler. 3. one named number or partner on two or three of your strongest role descriptions. 4. skills as a clean bulleted list of your top six.
