Comment / reason
the cv itself is solid. real format on a clean template, real photo, real name, real roles with company names a recruiter can verify (redbelly, privasea, helix labs, nulink). reference at the bottom (alex @ privasea) is a nice touch most submissions don't have. profile summary says "over 4 years of experience" and the roles back it (2023 onward visible, plus implied earlier). the "4+ years" claim with this kind of receipt is fine, unlike the cases where the years claim runs ahead of the receipts. the one thing i'd push on, the bullets across your roles describe the work but don't have receipts under them. "assist with validator operations and testing" - how many validators, what kind of testing, any guides published. "provide front-line support for node setup, wallets, and explorer lookups" - how many tickets, what time window. one number per bullet shifts the cv from "describes the role" to "shows the work". approved. small ask, drop a number or two on the bullets you're proudest of and the cv reads stronger still. doesn't have to delay sending. what i'd love to see when you have time: 1. one number on at least two existing bullets so they show the work, not just describe it.
