"Student Intern @ syndicate" in the headline is inflated. you're an initiate in the cohort, not an intern. notion guide says inner circle gets framed honestly, not as an internship or a leadership title. swap the wording. about reads in ai voice. "passionate about Web3, crypto communities, and digital content creation" plus "community programs, onboarding activities, and educational campaigns" - two triadic lists back to back. rewrite as three or four lines in your own voice, a student in sri lanka starting out in web3. one specific thing you've actually done beats every "community programs" line. experience description for inner circle is also triadic ai shape ("web3 communities, content creation, networking, and digital collaboration"). rewrite it active, what you're doing this week, posting, attending the webinars, the actual work on your board. inner circle employment type is part-time, switch to volunteer or programs. banner has your name and the anime art, that works for in-cohort identity. profile photo with the anime overlay is the part to watch, linkedin wants a clear face shot for account safety and for recruiters to recognise you. keep the anime version if you want it as your style, just have a clean face shot available too. 0 followers and one repost. add people this week (recruiters, hr folks, anyone in crypto or web3), fifty to a hundred targeted connects. then ship one post by end of week one, even a short note about a webinar you just attended. i'm rejecting this one. fixes are short, mostly cutting the ai voice and reframing two fields. what i'd love to see on resubmit: 1. headline without "intern" framing, positioning not inflated title. 2. about in your own student-starting-out voice, no triads. 3. inner circle entry in active voice + employment type off part-time. 4. add people + one real post by end of week one. 5. one clean photo of your face available alongside the anime one.
