format. this isn't a cv yet, it's a flat text dump with two photos on top. notion guide says real cv format means pdf, notion, read.cv or standa.rd with proper structure, dates aligned, sections defined. drop the photos at the top or use a template with one headshot slot. the anime avatar under your real face is the part i have to flag hard, that goes in the bin for a cv. real face only. voice. the whole document reads in pure ai. em-dashes through every line, triadic lists ("blockchain ecosystems, airdrop strategy, and community engagement"), filler closers ("forward-thinking Web3 projects"). exactly the tell the anti-resume drop names. rewrite without dashes, without threes, without anything you wouldn't say out loud. "Selected through a competitive process for the first ever Syndicate Inner Circle program" is overselling, it's a cohort, not a fellowship. notion guide says frame it honestly. drop that line, keep just the role and dates. "OG Tester" titles for InternPass and PayMe. early user of an app isn't a job title, and having it twice reads as padding. roll both into one line under summary ("early tester for InternPass and PayMe") and free up the experience block. every bullet on this cv is vague. "Creating content for X and Telegram", "Tested platform functionality", "Participate in airdrop farming". no numbers, no specific outputs. each bullet either names what you actually shipped (post views, a thread that landed, a feature that changed from your feedback) or it gets cut. Web3 Community Contributor & Crypto Trader 2023-present is self-titled. give one piece of evidence (pnl, a named ambassador role, content with reach) or move it to summary as "active in web3 since 2023". hobby airdrop farming doesn't belong as an experience entry. availability section reads like a fiverr listing, drop it. linkedin line needs the actual linkedin.com/in/yourhandle url, not just the display name. i'm rejecting this. the bigger fix here is the format, not the content. start from a real cv template (read.cv or notion's), copy the structure in, then trim everything without a receipt under it. what i'd love to see on resubmit: 1. real cv format on a public template (read.cv / standa.rd / notion / clean pdf). 2. one photo, real face only, no anime. 3. rewrite voice. no em-dashes, no triads, no filler closers. 4. inner circle framed honestly, role plus dates plus what you're doing. 5. drop both "OG Tester" titles, fold into one summary line. 6. every bullet has a concrete output or it's cut. 7. back the Web3 Community Contributor entry with evidence or remove it. 8. drop Availability section, add a real linkedin url. clean it up and send again.
